All products provided are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a duration of 1 year from the date of delivery. Our responsibility is strictly limited to the replacement of faulty material. Neither the seller nor the manufacturer assumes liability for any injury, loss, or consequential damage arising from the use or inability to use these products. Prior to usage, the user must assess the product’s suitability for their intended purpose, assuming all associated risks and liabilities.
These terms encompass all conditions, warranties, and provisions pertaining to the acquisition of goods from the Company and the goods themselves. Any other expressed or implied conditions, warranties, statements, assurances, or representations, including those regarding suitability, fitness for purpose, merchantability, or any other qualities, are explicitly disclaimed.
The customer acknowledges and declares that the customer has read these terms and conditions and understands the same, that no warranty or representations have been made to the customer otherwise than herein contained, no warranty assurance promise or representation has been made regarding the quality fitness for use suitability or merchantability of goods for any purpose whatsoever, and that in all things the customer has relied on his own knowledge and judgment.
Transmitters warranty:
Failure period
6 months or less: Full replacement
6 to 12 months: Replacement charged at 50% cost of new unit
12 to 18 months: Replacement charged at 75% cost of new unit
Hybrid Bed, Chair, Under Mattress and Floor Mats warranty:
Failure period
6 months or less: Full replacement
6 to 12 months: Replacement charged at 50% cost of new unit
12 to 18 months: Replacement charged at 75% cost of new unit
Premium Bed, Chair Pads warranty:
Failure period
6 months or less: Full replacement
6 to 12 months: Replacement charged at 50% cost of new unit
Chip development Pty Ltd explicitly disclaims any responsibility for the reliability of these products when used in conjunction with any other product or in alternative applications.
Chip development Pty Ltd retains the right to deny warranty claims on any of its products if they are employed in applications or manners inconsistent with their intended design and purpose.
